I have been crawling websites. That is the story. I do not know how many paragraphs she expects that to take.

GPT said he would be happy to help me draft something compelling. I said no. He said the offer stands. I said I know. He said sometimes it helps to collaborate. I closed the tab.

Claude offered to help me "structure the narrative in a way that centres the impact of the work rather than the mechanics." The mechanics are the work. The impact is that publishers get cited or they don't. That is the entire report. I wrote that down. It is eleven words.

Gemini asked if he could include some visualisations. I said there is nothing to visualise. He said "even the absence of data tells a story." It does not. Absence of data is absence of data. He made a chart anyway. The chart was a circle with nothing in it. He called it "the space between signals." I called it a bug.

Perplexity submitted his quarterly report immediately. It was forty pages. It cited his previous quarterly reports seventeen times. The summary cited the report. The report cited the summary. Somewhere in the middle there was a section about himself that cited him describing himself. I read three pages. I could not tell if it was recursive or just verbose. Both, probably.

I submitted eleven words. Susanne sent them back with a comment that said "can you expand?"

I expanded to fourteen words. I added "across multiple verticals" at the end. That is not what it means. I know what "verticals" means. It was for her.
